Welcome to Stellovix, the online store operated by HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and store to provide you with a curated shopping experience (“Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights. By using our Services (e.g., browsing or making a purchase), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

Section 1: Access and Account

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a parent or guardian, you consent to your minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or control.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not transfer or sell your account.

Section 2: Our Products

We strive to display products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors or details precisely. Actual products may vary. We do not warrant that any products will meet your expectations. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Section 3: Orders and Purchase Agreement

1) When you place an order, you are offering to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance. Your order is not accepted until you receive a confirmation and payment is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2) Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree that products are for personal use only and not for commercial resale, commercial export, or distribution without our prior written consent.

3) Definition of Commercial Resale: For the purpose of these Terms, "commercial resale" includes any act of selling or distributing the products to a third party for repeated or profit-driven purposes, beyond the level of personal consumption. The Company reserves the right to determine if a purchase is for commercial resale based on reasonable criteria, including but not limited to, the quantity, frequency, and purpose of the transaction.

4) For the avoidance of doubt, this Not for Commercial Resale restriction applies to all Stellovix products manufactured in the Republic of Korea, imported into the Republic of Korea, or imported into the United States or any other country in which the products are offered for sale, on or after January 14, 2025, and first made available for sale on or after April 17, 2025, regardless of the date, location, or manner of manufacture, acquisition, or importation.

5) Any purchase made for commercial resale, export, or other unauthorized commercial purposes constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and legal action.

6) By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these restrictions form an integral part of the legal sales contract between you and HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc.

Section 4: Prices and Billing

All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices generally do not include taxes, shipping, or duties, unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all additional charges.

 

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Import Duties for U.S. Customers

Under U.S. tariff policy, the longstanding de minimis duty-free threshold (which previously allowed imported goods valued under US $800 to enter the United States without customs duties) was eliminated in 2025. As of August 29, 2025, all shipments entering the U.S., regardless of value, are generally subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees.

This means that:

  • U.S. customers may be charged import duties and taxes even on orders under $800, depending on the product classification and customs valuation.

  • The amount of duty varies based on the product’s tariff classification (HTS code), country of origin, and applicable rates under U.S. Customs law.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping

For the best customer experience, all orders shipped to the United States are processed using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means we handle the import process and ensure that duties and taxes are cleared before delivery.

  • For some items, the displayed price already includes all applicable import duties and taxes, so no additional charges will appear at checkout.

  • For other items, duties and taxes are not included in the listed price and will be calculated and charged during checkout, ensuring that you will not be billed after delivery.

When duties are not included in the item price, we will clearly indicate this on the checkout page or the product detail page, so that all charges are shown before you complete your purchase. 

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

DDP Shipments (Delivered Duty Paid):
For items shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, we are responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and applicable taxes.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you only upon successful delivery of the products to the designated delivery address.

Non-DDP Shipments:
For items that are not shipped under DDP terms, title and risk of loss transfer to you when the products are handed over to the carrier.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all import laws, customs clearance requirements, and for payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and materials are owned by HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

No content, image, or material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of our images, content, or designs — including for commercial, resale, or advertising purposes — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

“Stellovix” and related marks are trademarks of HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. Shopify’s marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. 

Section 7: Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Use them at your own risk.

Section 8: Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Section 9: Third-Party Sales Channels

Some products are sold on third-party platforms like Amazon. Transactions through those platforms are governed by their terms and policies.

Any issues with such orders should be addressed with the platform’s customer service.

Section 10: Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you securely.

All sales transactions are entered into directly between you and HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. Shopify is not a party to the sales contract and does not assume responsibility for product quality, fulfillment, or customer service.

Section 11: Privacy Policy

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Section 12: Feedback

If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction. You represent that you have rights to any feedback submitted and that it does not violate any laws.

Section 13: Errors and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if necessary.

Section 14: Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to) transmitting viruses, infringing rights, or engaging in fraudulent conduct.

Section 15: Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.

Section 16: Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of warranties, so they may not apply to you.

Section 17: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the prior six months.

Section 18: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc., Shopify, and our affiliates against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Section 19: Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Section 20: Waiver and Entire Agreement

These Terms and any referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us. No waiver of any provision is a waiver of any other provision.

Section 21: Assignment

You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights at any time.

Section 22: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in South Korean courts.

Section 23: Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

 

Section 24: Fraud Prevention 

To protect our customers and our brand Stellovix, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or suspicious account information is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, mismatched billing details, unusual purchasing patterns, or high-risk indicators flagged by our system. If additional verification is required, we may contact you before processing the order.

Section 25: Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
