Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

At Stellovix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

Please review our return and refund policy below, which applies to all purchases.

We accept returns of eligible items within 10 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Include all original tags, protective hygiene seals, and packaging.
  • Returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

* Customers may try on clothing items for fit check, but items with tags removed CANNOT be returned.

* Please avoid removing tags or hygiene seals unless you’re sure you’ll keep the item.

* Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at customer.support@stellovix.shop before sending anything back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Return Fee

Stellovix provides a return shipping label for all approved return requests. However, the cost responsibility differs based on the reason for the return.


1. Customer-responsible returns (non-defective reasons)

If a return is requested for reasons not attributable to Stellovix — including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect selection of size or color, or any other non-defective reason — the customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping.

For orders originally shipped from outside the United States, returns may follow one of these routes:

  1. A return label may be generated directly from your address to a return location outside the United States (international return).
  2. A return label may be generated from your address to one of our U.S. return locations (domestic return), after which the item will be forwarded internationally.

In both cases, all shipping costs — including domestic return shipping and international forwarding fees — will be deducted from your refund amount.


2. Stellovix-responsible returns (defective, damaged, or wrong item)

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, Stellovix will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

However, for returns due to these reasons, we may require additional information — such as photos, videos, or other proof of evidence — to verify the issue. Once the documentation is reviewed, our team will conduct an investigation and, if the claim is approved, we will proceed with sending a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.


Return Process

  1. The customer submits a return request for their order through their account.
  2. The Stellovix Customer Support Team will review the request and provide return instructions via email, including the return address.
  3. The customer must ship the product by the assigned ship date, which is within 5 days of receiving the return label.
  4. The Stellovix Team receives the returned item(s).
  5. Once the item is received and inspected with no issues, a refund will be initiated, minus any applicable fees, including return shipping costs and any restocking fee.
  6. The refund amount may take a few days to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that the return process may take longer for items that require international handling.


Restocking Fee

For returns caused by reasons attributable to the customer — such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, deciding not to use the product after delivery, or any return where the product is in normal conditiona 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover product inspection and repackaging costs.

※ Please note that restocking fees do not apply to returns resulting from product defects, damage, or shipping errors attributable to Stellovix.


Cancellation & Administrative Fees

Please be advised that once a payment has been captured, the order processing begins immediately.

If a cancellation is requested by the customer after payment capture but before shipment, any refund issued may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 4% of the total transaction amount.

This fee is applied to cover the administrative costs and non-recoverable processing fees incurred during the transaction. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.


Final Sale Items (with Amazon exception)

1) For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable once opened or used, including:

  • Nipple covers, sticky bras, and adhesive undergarments.
  • Any intimate apparel that has been worn or washed.

These items are considered final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2) Products discounted by 50% or greater are classified as Final Sale, meaning no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

However, if the discount was applied using a subscriber-only promotional code delivered through our official email list, the purchase remains eligible for return under our standard return policy.

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will conduct an investigation, and if eligible, we will issue a replacement or a full refund. If applicable, we will also cover the return shipping fee.


Important Exception for Purchases on Amazon

If you purchased our nipple covers, sticky bras, or other products through Amazon, your return and refund eligibility will follow Amazon’s return policies and procedures. Please refer to your Amazon order page for details and submit any return or replacement requests directly through your Amazon account.
