Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Adhesive failure under normal and intended use

• Products arriving damaged or unusable

• Extremely delayed delivery resulting in product quality issues or loss of usability

 What’s Not Covered

• Damage due to misuse, improper washing, or incorrect storage

• Loss of stickiness from lotions, sweat, or overuse

• Purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers (even if unopened)

 Skin Safety Disclaimer For Nipple Covers and Bra 

Stellovix nipple covers and bras are made with skin-friendly materials. However, it is not a medical device. In rare cases of sensitivity or irritation, discontinue use immediately. We do not provide medical advice or compensation for health-related concerns.

If you suspect a material defect, contact us with a description and photos for case-by-case review. In certain cases, an alternative resolution may be provided under our Product Liability Assurance.

Who Is Eligible

This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. and Amazon stores operated by HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc.
To file a claim, you must provide:

• Your Order ID from official Channel (stellovix.shop / Amazon)

• Clear photos and evidence of the issue

• A brief description

* To prevent counterfeit claims and confirm authenticity, we may request additional verification, including embedded serial code or proprietary markings used in our manufacturing process.

Unauthorized Sellers Notice

Products sold by unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty.
This includes unauthorized sellers on Amazon selling materially different products. These sellers cannot provide brand warranty — such products will be considered materially different and potentially counterfeit.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, skin safety, or product support of such products.

HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. is the sole legal owner of the Stellovix brand and has never authorized any third party to distribute Stellovix products.

Limitation of Liability

Stellovix, operated by HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc., shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the original purchase price, and applies only to purchases made through our authorized channels, including stellovix.shop and Amazon stores operated directly by HYOJIN INTERNATIONAL Inc. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
